Going back to sleep after meditating

Is it bad to go back to sleep after meditating in the morning?

If you go back to sleep and do not get up until eight or nine o'clock, then your own vital forces or the aggression of the earth, which is agitated at that hour, can enter into the result of the meditation which you did earlier, and ruin it. So it is infinitely better if you can do some other spiritual activity like reading spiritual books or singing spiritual songs.
